I'm so grateful to be a part of Dub Fit Training! Prior to finding Dub Fit, I used to jog a lot and I wasn't seeing the results I'd hoped for, so I knew I needed more. I started with DubFit and, after only 6 months of training, it gave me the results (at 50) I thought I would never see. My body fat had gone from 24% to 19%, I lost 11 lbs and yet added 5 lbs of muscle. So for me, this training program has it all...I just show up, and I get a workout that is quick, works all my muscle groups, continually changes, and although tough is a lot of fun .....I look forward to it... CRAZY! But my results didn't happen with exercise alone. Which is why a huge bonus to this fitness program is the education on good nutrition. It's important to Willie that everyone is trained on good eating as well, because when you set a goal to lose inches, look better, and feel better; exercise AND eating right play equal parts in accomplishing that. Dubfit is a excellent gym to go to if you crave the boutique feel. His HIIT classes are small and the workout is great! Its awesome to be apart of a group that doesn't judge and is a perfect place for people of all shapes and sizes. I've switch to Zoom HIIT classes and love it just as much . Willie pushes you in a gentle way and he always emphasizes... You get out what you put into it!! I always feel uplifted and accomplished after his workout!
